 Breakthrough T1D Connections Meetup 09/16/26 [Buffalo]

Join us to learn more about Navigating Mental Health with T1D! We will be joined for this meetup by a special guest from Buffalo Hope.

📍 Where: Buffalo Public Library 
1 Lafayette Square Buffalo, NY 

These in-person T1D Connections program allows families of children 5-11 years of age and their caregivers to meet once a month. Supervision of the children is provided, as well as games and activities. The parents/caregivers will have guided conversations in a separate space.

  • Learn about upcoming T1D events & local resources
  • Ask questions
These meetups are run by local Breakthrough T1D volunteers who either have Type 1 themselves or have children with Type 1.
